At 7Teen Perfume, we go the extra mile to provide you with premium-quality fragrances and customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to cancel your order or request a refund. To help you navigate such situations smoothly, please take a moment to read our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which also addresses commonly raised concerns.

This policy outlines:

(a) When you may return products purchased on our website;
(b) Under what conditions refunds are applicable;
(c) When order cancellations are permitted.

⚠️ Important Note: While we make every effort to accommodate your requests, refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to certain terms to ensure fair use and to meet our operational and legal obligations. In certain cases, product-specific return conditions (“Guidelines”) may apply and override this general policy.


What You Can Return and When

You are eligible to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product (e.g., broken perfume bottle).

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • The product appears significantly different from its online listing.

  • You received a product in the wrong size or volume (if applicable).

  • You are genuinely not satisfied with the fragrance (limited to select perfumes only; must be unopened/sealed).

🔁 Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and the product must reach us within 7 days of raising the complaint.


🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

For any complaints related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Leaking bottles

  • Missing items

  • Empty packaging

  • Stolen contents

You must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened from a sealed state.

Without a proper unboxing video, no complaint will be entertained by our support team.


Products NOT Eligible for Return

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed perfumes.

  • Sealed products once opened (unless defective).

  • Products bought on clearance or sale.

  • Custom sets or bundles.

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Fragrance testers or samples.

  • Damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Must be accompanied by the original invoice/order ID.

  • Return will be accepted only after inspection by our Quality Check team.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


💸 Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8488078617 within 3 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

  • Detailed explanation of your concern

If approved, the product must be sent back to us within 7 days of the complaint.
Refunds are issued after we receive and verify the returned product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not available for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders unless prepaid return shipping is arranged by the customer.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched or processed.

  • Customized products (if applicable in future) are non-cancellable.

  • If a product is out of stock or has pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order with prior notice.
